Due to overwhelming demand, HSNY’s annual Gala will move from the Harvard Club to The Plaza Hotel in 2025. With its vast space, The Plaza Hotel’s Grand Ballroom will make it possible for many more of HSNY’s members, sponsors and friends to attend.

The Plaza Hotel is a National Historic Landmark, New York City Landmark, and is well known for Truman Capote's Black and White Ball, held in 1966.

HSNY’s 2025 Charity Auction, will be held at the Gala. A Lifetime Membership Card, hand-engraved and engine turned by Brittany Nicole Cox, will be among the items offered for sale. Complete auction details will be announced soon.

Cocktail Hour
In the Terrace Room from 6-7pm, with open bar, hors d'oeuvres and live music. Red carpet photo opportunity upon arrival.

Dinner
Seated dinner beginning at 7pm in the Grand Ballroom.

After Party
In the Grand Ballroom until late, with open bar, dessert and live music.

Attire
Black tie.
