HSNY’s 2023 Gala will be held at the Harvard Club of New York City, located directly across from HSNY on 44th Street. Founded in 1865, the Harvard Club of New York City is a NYC landmark and is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

Scholarships

In 2022, HSNY awarded a sum of $100,000 to 15 watchmaking students and three watchmaking schools across the country. The winners of HSNY’s 2023 scholarships and award programs will be announced at the Gala:

Auction

The 2022 HSNY Lifetime Membership Card, hand-engraved by Artur Akmaev and engine turned by Joshua Shapiro. This card sold for $18,000 in 2022.

HSNY’s 2023 Charity Auction, hosted by Phillips in Association with Bacs & Russo, will be held online in July. Holding the Charity Auction online rather than only at the Gala (as in years past) will allow for participation from our members and friends around the world. However, one very special item will be auctioned at the Gala — a HSNY Lifetime Membership Card, hand-engraved by Artur Akmaev and engine turned by Joshua Shapiro.

Cocktail Hour
In Harvard Hall from 6-7pm, with open bar, hors d'oeuvres and live music. Red carpet photo opportunity upon arrival.

Dinner
Seated dinner beginning at 7pm in the Main Dining Room.

After Party
In Harvard Hall until late, with open bar, dessert and live music.

The suggested attire is business formal.
